  I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff and care at the Ontario Banfield location. They are just outstanding and so kind and compassionate. In addition to providing top-notch care, they ALWAYS go over every option for treatment, costs, and provide the best advice for making sound decision about my (multiple) pets care. They know that caring for pets can be expensive and that we do our very best to care for our pets while keeping within our budget. They are extremely sensitive to how delicate a process that can be, and always address that with kindness, care, and compassion. They always remember my pets by name immediately when we are there, and they know me as well. I feel like they go out of their way to make my family feel well-cared for and welcome every time we go. Dr. Harvey and Dr. Contreras are AMAZING and I would highly recommend them to any of my friends with pets.
