- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I want to be clear that I feel the doctors, nurses, and staff working here are great, and, the facilities are well maintained. My current review is regarding the emergency room. They desperately need a better plan for dealing with emergency patients. After fainting at work with my heart continually racing, I was brought to the ER. I waited to be seen for five and a half hours. When I asked the woman at the front desk how much longer it would be, she said 2-3 hours. My problem continued and needed other treatment. However, the point here is that no one should have to wait that long to be seen especially when they are paying premium prices for their care. I also had great compassion for the others waiting as one woman was crying she was in so much pain, two others were vomiting -- it was not a healthy situation for anyone. The staff and nurses seemed very apologetic, but also quite stressed. There simply needs to be a better action plan within Kaiser Administration with more resources put towards emergency care.October 13, 2017by Lori Walker
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Used to like going to this Kaiser but not anymore. It doesn't have anything to do with the doctors. It has to do with the cafeteria. I got scrambled eggs for breakfast and they tasted good. Not to mention it was my birthday. Later that day I went to go to the movies. Right before the movie started I threw up. I realized I had gotten food poisoning from the eggs. Won't come back again. Would rather go to the one in Baldwin Park.August 12, 2017by PenguinMaster078 Playz
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This review is based off parking. Before appointment I was told to arrive 15 minutes before. So appointment is 10:30 I arrive at 10 looking for parking. And I'm just amazed on how ppl pull out of a parking spot and pull in, I was waiting b4 each car doing one or the other and idk how these ppl got a driver licence. It pissed me off so bad I had to leave b4 I explode. So I missed my appointment. I should've been informed about how bad parking is here.July 06, 2017by Marcos Rivera
